These terms govern your use of catalogueai.co and your purchase of any Catalogue AI digital product, whether bought through Gumroad or Etsy.
All Catalogue AI products are digital downloads delivered electronically — there is no physical shipping. Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download link has been issued, except where required by law or platform policy (Gumroad's or Etsy's own buyer protections may apply depending on where you purchased).
Unless stated otherwise on a specific listing, purchasing a Catalogue AI prompt pack or kit grants you a non-exclusive commercial license to use the prompts, templates, and their generated outputs in your own business, client work, paid advertising, and digital products.
You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the prompt documents, templates, or files themselves — individually or bundled — as your own product.
Products are provided "as is." AI-generated outputs from any prompt will vary depending on the tool and inputs used — we don't guarantee specific results from any individual prompt.
